Meet Filip

Filip is very fortunate to have been exposed to the industry of real estate and property management at a young age. His passion for business led him to attend the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he found his initial footing in the realm of commercial real estate.

Filip began his real estate journey as a commercial real estate intern in Pasadena, CA and became licensed at the age of 20. During his time as a commercial associate, Filip expanded his understanding about different asset types, including: industrial, multifamily and retail. He specialized in leasing distressed retail properties from 2021 – 2024 before diving into residential transactions. With his profound background in a wide range of asset types, Filip continues to service both commercial and residential properties across Los Angeles County, in specific, the San Gabriel Valley region.
